Refund Policy

• Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• You can send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery. We will either replace it with another product of the same value or offer credit on a future purchase in the form of a Teezer Apparels voucher.
• Teezer will review replacement/return requests for the following issues: faulty product such as a hole in a product, damaged product, a print error by Teezer.in relating to the quality or incorrect image if it is Teezer.in’s fault.
• You need to mail or contact the customer care ask@teezer.in to get the address/destination where the products needed to be returned /exchanged.
